Brie
Brie is a French soft cheese with white mold, named after the Brie region near Paris. It is made from cow's milk, originally in several versions. "Brie de meaux fermier" has a 45% fat content - calculated from the dry matter - 26-37 cm in diameter, 2.5 cm thick, 1.2-2.8 kg disk, it is aged for 1-2 months.
